This Privacy Policy explains how Aquadex AI, operated by Suave Group LLC ("Aquadex AI", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit aquadexai.com, book a call with us, become a client, or receive text messages or emails from us.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and anything you write in a form, booking request, email or text message.
- Client account information: details about your business, your Google Business Profile, logins you choose to share for setup, and billing details. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
- Information we process for clients: when a business hires us, we may receive contact details of that business's own customers (for example names, phone numbers and email addresses) so we can send review requests and other messages on the business's behalf.
- Automatic information: basic technical data such as browser type, pages visited and approximate location, collected through standard server logs and cookies.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, schedule calls and provide our services.
- To send service, account, appointment and review-request messages by text message and email.
- To bill for services and keep business records.
- To improve our website and services and to keep them secure.
Information we process on behalf of clients
When we message a client's customers, we act as a service provider to that client. We use those contact details only to perform the services the client asked for, we do not sell them, and we do not use them to market Aquadex AI. The client is responsible for having the right to share that information with us and for any consent required to contact their customers.
SMS and mobile information
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we use it to send the messages you agreed to, such as appointment confirmations, account notices, customer care and review requests.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. See our Terms of Service for the full SMS terms.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the business (for example our CRM and messaging platform, Stripe for payments, email delivery and hosting providers), under obligations to protect it, and when required by law or to protect our rights.
Data retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal and accounting obligations and resolve disputes, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts.
- Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop those emails.
- Email us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information. We will respond as required by applicable law.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
