Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aquadexai.com and the services provided by Aquadex AI, operated by Suave Group LLC ("Aquadex AI", "we", "us"). By using the website, booking a call, opting in to messages or buying our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Aquadex AI provides done-for-you marketing services for local businesses, including Google review requests and replies, Google Business Profile management, customer reactivation campaigns, websites and related automation. The scope, price and term of paid services are set out in your order, proposal or agreement with us; if those documents conflict with these Terms, they control.

Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe until cancelled. Unless your agreement says otherwise, you can cancel at any time by emailing us, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where your agreement or a stated guarantee provides otherwise.

Client responsibilities

• Give us accurate information and the access we need to perform the services.
• Have the right to share any customer contact information you give us, and any consent required for us to text or email those customers on your behalf.
• Not use our services to send unlawful, misleading or unsolicited messages.

SMS terms

Program description: Aquadex AI, operated by Suave Group LLC, sends text messages to people who opt in, including appointment confirmations and reminders, account and service notices, customer care replies and, on behalf of our client businesses, review requests to their customers.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After you reply STOP you will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed. To rejoin, reply START.
• Reply HELP for help, or email info@aquadexai.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Results

We work to improve your reviews, visibility and customer response, but rankings, review volume and revenue depend on factors outside our control, including Google's own systems and your customers' choices. We do not guarantee specific results unless your agreement says so in writing.

Intellectual property

The website and our materials belong to Aquadex AI. Content you provide stays yours; you give us permission to use it to perform the services.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Aquadex AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Disclaimer

The website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as required by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
